Human Trafficking Webinar
In recognition of Human Trafficking Prevention Month, Congresswoman Shontel Brown invites constituents to join a one-hour webinar focused on preventing youth trafficking and strengthening community awareness. This session will highlight the impactful work of local organizations serving children and families across the district and provide practical guidance for families, educators, and community members. Panelists from the Center’s Child Wellness Campus, Canopy Child Advocacy Center, Bellfaire, and the Three Strands Foundation will share prevention strategies, early warning signs to watch for, and information on trusted local resources. The discussion will emphasize prevention, connection, and community collaboration, and is designed to equip participants with clear, actionable steps to help keep young people safe.
