Commendations and Greetings
Thank you for your interest in receiving a Congressional Commendation, Resolution, or Presidential Greeting from Congresswoman Shontel Brown! Please fill out the form below so we can best serve you.
The following form will allow you to request either a Congressional commendation, which is to celebrate a person or an event; a Resolution to honor the passing of someone; or a Presidential Greeting, which is a greeting written by the President of the United States.
In this form, you will provide information that will help us complete your request. We will need your contact information, information about the request, due dates, and pickup information.
Once a Congressional Commendation has been completed, you will be notified that it is available for pickup. All completed Congressional Commendations can be picked up at our Beachwood Office. Our address is 25200 Chagrin Boulevard, Suite 200, Beachwood, Ohio 44122. Please note that our office is open for pick up Monday through Friday 9 AM - 5 PM. If someone cannot pick up the Congressional Commendation, we can mail it to you. Please indicate that you would like it mailed and provide an address for mailing. All Congressional Commendations are asked to be picked up 48 hours before your event.
Once a Resolution has been completed, you will be notified that it is ready and will be delivered to the funeral home. Our team will coordinate closely with the funeral home to ensure a smooth and respectful process. If you would prefer to pick up the Resolution, please indicate on the form.
For Presidential Greetings, the White House requires 2-3 months to process greeting requests. All Presidential Greetings will be mailed from the White House approximately 14 days prior to the event. All baby's birth greetings will be sent after the event. Please note that Congresswoman Shontel Brown's office cannot guarantee that Presidential Greetings will arrive on the date requested.
