Congressional Commendations

Processing time: up to 2 weeks
Pickup: Beachwood Office

Must be picked up 48 hours before your event
Mailing available upon request

Resolutions

Processing time: up to 2 weeks
Delivered directly to the funeral home
Optional office pickup available if indicated on the form

Presidential Greetings

Processing time: 2–3 months (White House requirement)
Mailed by the White House approximately 14 days before the event
Baby birth greetings are sent after the event
Delivery by a specific date cannot be guaranteed
