Agriculture Advisory Council

Congresswoman Brown believes that every community has a stake in agriculture and that people from every background should have the opportunity to pursue a career in farming and ranching.

As a member of the House Committee on Agriculture, the Congresswoman is committed to advancing policies that support urban agriculture and historically underserved farmers and ranchers, including Black Americans.  

This spring, Congresswoman Brown is launching her OH-11 Agriculture Advisory Council in order to hear directly from farmers, growers, workers, and advocates in OH-11.  

The OH-11 Agriculture Advisory Council will meet regularly with Congresswoman Brown and her staff to provide input, discuss key issues and legislation, and share ideas on how to advance agriculture in Northeast Ohio.

Individuals interested in serving on the Agriculture Advisory Council are invited to share their information here. In addition to the Council, we will also organize a larger Agriculture Advisory Network to receive additional feedback.
