CLEVELAND, OH – Wednesday is the one-year anniversary of the Inflation Reduction Act, which Congresswoman Shontel Brown voted for and which was signed into law by President Biden on August 16, 2022. 

WASHINGTON, D.C. – Congresswoman Shontel Brown (OH-11) encourages local veterans to visit www.va.gov/PACT to learn more about new benefits and care available to veterans exposed to burn pits, Agent Orange, and other toxins. The PACT Act is the largest expansion of health care and benefits for veterans in decades, with more than 3 million veterans eligible for new benefits.

WASHINGTON, D.C. – Today, Congresswoman Shontel Brown (OH-11) joined colleagues Congressman Ro Khanna (CA-17), Congressman Max Miller (OH-7), and Congressman Marc Molinaro (NY-19) to unveil a bipartisan bill to create a more resilient, diverse, and secure food supply chain, bring jobs to economically distressed communities and lower food prices for Americans across the country. Congresswoman Brown is a co-lead on the legislation and a member of the House Committee on Agriculture.

WASHINGTON, D.C. – Today, Congresswoman Shontel Brown (OH-11) voted for The Securing Growth and Robust Leadership in American Aviation Act (H.R. 3935) to reauthorize the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) for five years. The legislation passed the House on a bipartisan basis.

WASHINGTON, D.C. – This week, Israeli President Isaac Herzog will make a historic visit to the United States. During his time in Washington, President Herzog will meet with President Biden at the White House, address a joint session of the United States Congress, and visit the National Museum of African American History and Culture.
